Our quality programme with regional farmers and bakeries

Our initiative for quality, Ährenwort, was founded in 1993. Since then the consumer can be confident that all production steps are continuously monitored, controlled and documented, starting on the field of the grain cultivators around the mills through the complete processing at Dresdener Mühle + Saalemühle. The Ährenwort label guarantees the traceability of the products from the shop to the field and stands for natural baked goods from controlled grain cultivation.
